The Mazda BT50 Intercooler system will fit the B series Mazda and Couriers without any modifications. As the injector pump is mechanical, I would suggest that you have the pump correctly set by adjusting the boost compensator by a dyno technician for fantastic gains in power and torque.

Do you guys do an intercooler upgrade for Mazda B2500 turbo diesel? and if so, how much for the kit only? cheers….Dale
